Marketing doesn't see finance's vault. Each department gets its own shared vault, with its own members, so people only see the credentials that are actually theirs to see.

Restrict access to your office network
On Business, you can limit sign-in to an allow-list of IP ranges (CIDR), so the vault only opens from your office network — not from a coffee shop or an unmanaged home connection.
Roles and an audit trail
Set who can invite, who can only view, and who administers each department. Business adds a full audit trail — who accessed what, and when — exportable for a client or an auditor.
What it costs per seat
Both plans are priced per seat, billed monthly or yearly, with a 14-day trial. VAT not included.
