Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern the use of SecureGate Card, a service of Nordic Byte LTD (Companies House no. 16978110), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
The service
SecureGate Card is a password manager with an encrypted vault, built-in 2FA, password health, credential sharing, a message hub and, on paid plans, team management features.
Plans and pricing
The Personal plan is free, with no time limit. Team and Business plans are billed monthly or yearly, VAT not included, and include a 14-day trial with no card required. When the trial ends, if you add a payment method, the subscription activates automatically; if not, access to paid features is limited to the Personal plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-billed period; no partial refunds are made unless required by applicable law.
Your responsibility
- Keep your master password secret: it is the only way to decrypt your vault, and we cannot recover it if you lose it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store content that infringes third-party rights.
- On Business plans, the organisation administrator is responsible for managing the roles and access of its users.
Availability
We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime unless agreed in writing under a specific service level agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nordic Byte LTD will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded (for example, negligence causing death or personal injury).
Modifications
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you with reasonable notice by email or from the dashboard itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer.
